FLIP Account Manager

 
Job Brief
We are seeking a self–motivated sales account manager who is driven by success. We are an Agile, small team of dedicated professional developers, programmers, designers, and Project Managers, and are in need of a personable, dedicated and experienced account manager who will seek out and maintain professional relationships in an effort to grow and solidify our client-base.

Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility will be selling our B2B Enterprise SaaS Mobile Application, FLIP (visit http://flip.training). Our cutting-edge tool is designed to merge job training, knowledge management, and performance support. FLIP should be presented as the best method for Businesses to instruct, inform, and support a variety of employee performance
  • Acquisition of business relationships and partnerships by thoroughly researching and identifying business opportunities
  • Develop and cultivate inbound and outbound leads
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, which should include (but is not limited to): Identifying prospects, scheduling introductory meetings and requirements gathering, writing and presenting a scope of work, project negotiation, closing the sale, and maintaining client relationship throughout project
  • Listen to, identify and understand prospects’ viewpoint and tailor communication to meet their individual needs and expectations
  • Maintain existing relationships with business partners to provide superior customer support, collaboration to provide solutions beneficial to clients, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with key decision makers the advantages of working with Mercury Studio
  • Ability to challenge and manage any objections to the sale
  • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process, which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Requirements

  • A successful track record of selling in a competitive environment
  • General familiarity of digital services needed to meet the needs of successful enterprise businesses
  • Must have a positive attitude with a hunger for achievement and the commitment and passion to do whatever it takes to be successful
  • Excellent written skills in English
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong desire to work within a team–oriented environment and be a self–starter
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outside Business to Business sales with 2-3 years sales experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field preferred

Compensation
This will be a 100% Commission-based position with the exact commission rate to be determined and negotiated with the selected candidate. Mercury Studio will provide training and documentation regarding the FLIP Application.

Compensation
This position will provide a competitively negotiated salary to be determined by Mercury Studio based on experience of the applicant, as well as a Commission percentage to be determined in conjunction with base salary.
